RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase. 

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Return or exchange request will only be allowed within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

In case of return, the amount will be refunded in form of store credit with validity up to one year.

Only after the confirmation by us for the return/exchange with the customer, we will schedule a pickup for the order within 1-3 business days of placing the request. 

Usually we receive the product in 6-7 days. On receiving, within 2-3 days we will issue the store credit in case of return or dispatch the exchanged product to the customer if all conditions are met in case the customer applied for the exchange.

If the item requested for exchange is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives or issue a store credit for the same.

This process usually takes 10-15 business days. 

An order can only be exchanged once.

Items are only eligible for Return & Exchange if it fulfills the following conditions:

  • If the item received is different from what the customer had ordered.
  • If the item received is damaged or manufacturing defect condition.
  • If the item is having missing parts or accessories which was mentioned on the product page.
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Product wasn't used or damaged.
  • Product must include original tags.

  • Mystery Products
  • Gift Cards
  • Customized Products
  • Unfussy Luxury
  • International Orders

 

NOTE :- 

All return requests will only be processed on the basis of a PARCEL UNBOXING VIDEO. This video must clearly demonstrate the following:

  • The unopened and undamaged packaging of the product.
  • The product's original condition, without any signs of use or damage.
  • The included accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.

Failure to provide an unboxing video meeting these requirements may result in the denial of your return request.

We hold the right to reject returns, refund, or replace the item depending on your return request and the return conditions fulfilled.

In such cases as given above, we will replace the item, provided that the request for replacement/ return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as mentioned above. 

If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us on the below mentioned address by any reliable courier service within 5 days of raising a return request. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.

NOTE : In the event that the product delivered is in a damaged/manufacturing defect condition or if an incorrect item is shipped due to an error on our part, we will gladly cover all associated shipping charges. However, in cases where the product is being returned/exchanged for reasons other than damage/defects or incorrect item shipped, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping charges.

We request you to share the courier details with us at self-care@unfussyofficial.com. Any product self-shipped after 5 days of raising a return request will not be considered. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.
